What happens if I change my mind?

If you change your mind over an order you have received, we respectfully request that you notify us by email before sending the goods back. If packaged by the manufacturer, we would expect the packaging to be intact, and the goods inside complete. Upon receipt to our office and after inspection a refund less any postage costs will be arranged. If paid by card, this may take 3-4 days to show on your card account.

Any fabrics cut to your specification, or special order items cannot be returned or refunded.
